Whale Island Resort, beautifully situated on a private island in pristine Van Phong Bay, is a haven for those seeking a tranquil escape into nature. From the moment I arrived, the resort’s commitment to sustainability and harmony with the environment was evident. The traditional-style bamboo bungalows, equipped with essential comforts and enveloped by lush greenery, provided a cozy retreat that felt both simple and luxurious. The absence of TVs and the minimal use of electric lighting in the bungalows encouraged a deeper connection with the surroundings, promoting a sense of peace and well-being.
The resort’s pristine beaches, with their soft, white sand and crystal-clear waters, were a highlight of my stay. Whether I was lounging under the shade of a palm tree or snorkeling among the vibrant coral reefs, the natural beauty of Whale Island was always at the forefront.
