Welcoming Whale Island Resort Into Our Unique Portfolio
We are so pleased to welcome Whale Island Resort in Vietnam into our unique portfolio of hotels and resorts. The resort will be represented in UK & Ireland, Benelux and France.
Ian Paul Woods, CEO of Red Elephant Reps, said: “Since we started, we’ve been handpicking the most incredible properties and Whale Island Resort fits in perfectly with our vision to provide sustainable travel experiences. Our seasoned sales and marketing teams will excel in the exploration of client opportunities, thereby enhancing the hotel’s market positioning”.
Whale Island Resort is the only resort located on Whale Island, an idyllic tropical paradise in stunning Van Phong Bay, reached by a 20-minute boat ride. This hidden gem prioritises responsible and sustainable travel, emphasising minimal environmental impact, cultural respect and support for local economies.
Among the spectacular island scenery, the eco-resort offers a low-key, intimate experience, reconnecting guests with nature and the simplicity of life through fresh air, stunning views and outdoor activities. The pristine beachfront showcases 30 bamboo, thatched-roof bungalows crafted from sustainable materials and adorned with eco-design elements inspired by Vietnam’s villages. The resort is solar self-sufficient with a 100% owned renewable power plant.
The tropical beach offers year-round in-house water activities such as swimming, kayaking and catamaran surfing. Snorkelling and scuba diving sessions can be booked through a certified PADI dive centre and offers opportunities to witness vibrant coral reefs and sealife in diving spots featured in publications like CNN and Forbes. Other activities include yoga, meditation sessions and forest walks.
Evenings can be spent in the bar and restaurant which features Vietnamese and international cuisine crafted with the freshest ingredients from local suppliers following a fair trade policy.
