Phuket and Koh Samui have officially reopened and now allow vaccinated travellers to visit without any quarantine. There are certain requirements and documents needed, and stays are only allowed in SHA Plus-certified hotels.

In addition, a new ‘Sandbox 7+7’ plan has been launched, allowing travellers to stay in Phuket for seven days (down from the previous 14 days) and then visit another pilot destination (including Koh Samui, Krabi and Phang Nga) for at least seven days.
