Franco Sessini joins as additional Director of Sales for UK & Ireland

We are so pleased to announce a further strengthening of our global sales team with the appointment of Franco Sessini as Director of Sales for UK & Ireland. Based out of the UK, Franco will be working with Chris Crampton, Red Elephant Reps’ Managing Director for Europe, and will be responsible for conceiving and executing sales and marketing strategies throughout the region that will drive growth and provide brand awareness for our clients.

Commenting on the new appointment, Ian Paul Woods, Chief Executive Officer for Red Elephant Reps, said “Franco’s broad industry experience combined with his vast networks will be crucial in helping us grow throughout UK and Ireland, while also ensuring the most powerful outcomes for our clients”.

Renowned travel industry expert, Franco began his tourism career in the mid-1980s, transitioning from a tour guide with the world’s largest travel company to a key figure in Southeast Asia. Throughout the years, he navigated diverse destinations, including Europe, Egypt, the former Yugoslavia, USA and the Caribbean. Moving into product and contracting, Franco honed his expertise on Eastern Mediterranean gems such as Greece and Turkey before joining a long haul specialist focusing on Southeast Asia. Since 2010, Franco has excelled in hotel representation, cultivating a substantial network of industry contacts.
